Your requests
The contact form collects your name, email, phone number (optional), reason, model and message, as well as the originating page, language and request context. This information is used only to answer your request. It is not sold.
Transmission and retention
The form sends this information to the Formspree service, which forwards it by email to Centre d’aspirateur Lanaudière (aspirateur.lanaudiere@gmail.com). Formspree is an external provider; its servers are located in the United States, so your information is communicated and stored outside Québec. Before using this service, we assessed the privacy factors and adopted protective measures, including retention limited to 30 days. You can also reach us by phone or direct email without using this service. Retention in Formspree: 30 days. Retention in our mailbox: 30 days. People with access to requests: the owner and one designated member of our team.
On your device
When you switch form languages, the fields are available in this tab for 15 minutes and removed when restored, cleared manually or on the next page load after expiry. The site also stores your theme preference; fonts load from Google Fonts and directions open Google Maps. These services have their own privacy practices.
Your rights and contact us
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information sent to our team, and withdraw your consent.
